On arrival at Kigali International Airport in the morning, Wildhorn Africa will transfer you across the border to Lake Bunyonyi in Uganda, often celebrated as one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, dotted with 29 enchanting islands. After settling in, you’ll enjoy a relaxing lunch before heading out on an afternoon boat cruise to explore one of the lake’s historic islands. Later, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home to more than half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. After an early hot breakfast, Wildhorn Africa will take you to the park headquarters for a detailed briefing before setting off on your jungle trek in search of these incredible great apes. The gorilla tracking experience is one of the most captivating adventures in Africa—an encounter filled with awe, excitement, and unforgettable wonder.

After an early morning breakfast, Wildhorn Africa will transfer you to Queen Elizabeth National Park, traveling through the Ishasha sector, famed for its tree-climbing lions. On arrival, you’ll check in at your lodge, enjoy lunch, and then set out in the afternoon for a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel—the world’s longest natural channel linking Lakes George and Edward. Later, you’ll embark on an evening game drive across the park’s vast savannah plains.

As Uganda’s most visited and wildlife-rich park, Queen Elizabeth offers incredible encounters at close range. Expect to see elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and waterbucks, with the chance of spotting lions and even leopards if luck is on your side.

After a warm breakfast, and depending on the sightings from your previous game drive, Wildhorn Africa will take you for an early morning game drive as you exit Queen Elizabeth National Park, continuing onward to Kibale Forest National Park—home to 13 different primate species, including chimpanzees. On arrival, you’ll have lunch before setting out in the afternoon for an exciting chimpanzee tracking experience.

After an early breakfast, Wildhorn Africa will take you on a long but incredibly rewarding drive, filled with breathtaking landscapes, diverse scenery, and endless opportunities for photography. The journey itself is an experience, and your guide will be there to share insights and stories along the way—so feel free to keep asking questions as you soak it all in. You’ll pause for a relaxed lunch before continuing on to Murchison Falls National Park, where you’ll visit the iconic Top of the Falls to witness the Nile’s powerful plunge through a narrow gorge. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay inside the park.

Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest protected area, is home to the world’s most powerful waterfall—Murchison Falls. With Wildhorn Africa, your day begins with an early morning game drive, bringing you up close to giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, and, with some luck, predators such as lions, leopards, or hyenas. Afterward, you’ll return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast, enjoy some relaxation, and have an early lunch.

In the afternoon, you’ll set out on a magical boat cruise along the Victoria Nile, traveling to the base of the falls. Here, you’ll witness the awe-inspiring sight of the Nile forcing its way through a narrow gorge before crashing down with immense power—a moment that perfectly captures the wonder of nature and creation.

After an early morning breakfast, Wildhorn Africa will transfer you to Entebbe International Airport for your return flight home. Along the way, you’ll have the option to stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a one-hour rhino tracking experience, adding a final touch of adventure to your safari. You’ll also enjoy lunch en route before continuing to the airport for your late evening departure.
